These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between solt77 ("we", "our", "platform") and its users ("you", "your", "member"). solt77 operates an online betting and casino entertainment platform for players in Bangladesh.

3.1 Account Security

• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.

3.2 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as mobile number, email, or address), you must update them in your account immediately. solt77 will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

All financial transactions on solt77 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer for safe and convenient payments.

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred taka), for all methods.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
• Standard withdrawal processing time: completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Identity verification must be completed before withdrawals can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold until any active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

solt77 offers various promotional offers for its new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms which must be read before claiming it.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳22,000 earns a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳42,000.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x) — meaning you must wager 20 times the bonus amount to become eligible for withdrawal.
• Each new account is eligible to receive this bonus only once.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on designated games — details will be stated with each offer.
• A bonus generally expires within a set period from the date it is activated.
• Unused bonuses and any associated winnings will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• solt77 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of abuse.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active.

5.3 VIP Program

solt77's VIP program has four tiers, through which regular players can enjoy weekly cashback:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback

You can advance to a higher tier based on your consistency and activity. VIP cashback is subject to its own terms and conditions.

solt77 offers a variety of games including slots, live casino, Monster Dice, and cricket betting. Each game has its own rules which it is advisable to learn before starting to play.

• The outcome of all games is determined in a fair and random manner (fair play policy).
• If a technical fault occurs in any game, solt77 reserves the right to cancel that round and the bets will be returned.
• Game sessions interrupted due to software or network errors may be restored in certain cases.
• The game provider's own rules and regulations will also apply.
• Cricket Betting: The conditions under which a bet may be suspended or cancelled are set out in the specific sport's betting rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the solt77 platform:

• Conducting any form of fraud, deception, or dishonest activity on the platform.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to artificially meet wagering requirements.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

10.1 Balance After Account Closure

If an account is closed legitimately and no prohibited activity has taken place, arrangements will be made to withdraw the remaining valid balance, subject to applicable conditions.

• Losses caused by internet disconnection or technical issues from third parties.
• Service interruptions due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Losses caused by the user's own negligence or unauthorized use of an account.
• Financial losses arising from game outcomes (game results are neutral and random).

Our liability will always remain within the maximum limits permitted by applicable law.

If you have a complaint regarding any transaction or gaming outcome, please contact us for resolution using the following steps:
